Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout according to your delivery address. We may change prices, but never after you have ordered.
Colour and description
We photograph our garments as faithfully as we can, but screens vary. Slight variation in natural fibres is a property of the cloth rather than a defect.
Returns
Our returns policy is set out in full on the shipping and returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any garment is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
