How to measure
- Bust — around the fullest part, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
- Waist — at the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
- Hip — around the fullest part, roughly eight inches below the waist.
Between sizes
Our tailoring runs true to size. Knitwear is cut generously, so size down for a neater line. Bias-cut silk is unforgiving across the hip, so size up if you are between sizes. Each product page carries its own fit note, and we are always happy to advise.
Still unsure
Write to us with your measurements and the piece you are considering and we will tell you honestly which size to take — or whether a piece is unlikely to suit.
